These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all contractual relations between the company Pilates Temple and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase via the website www.pilatestemple.com / www.pilatestemple.eu

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE AND APPLICATION

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms of sale between Pilates Temple and the Customer, from ordering to services, including payment and delivery. They apply to all orders placed on the website. The Customer's order confirmation constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 2: PRODUCTS AND PRICES

2.1 Products The products offered for sale are those listed on the website on the day of consultation by the Customer, subject to availability. Pilates Temple takes great care in the presentation and description of its products. However, minor errors or omissions may occur. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

2.2 Prices. Prices are indicated in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), taking into account the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order. Pilates Temple reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is validated. Delivery charges are not included in the displayed product price and are calculated before final order validation.

ARTICLE 3: ORDER

The Customer places an order by following the online process:

  1. Product selection and addition to cart.

  2. Shopping cart contents validated.

  3. Identification (or creation of a customer account).

  4. Choice of delivery method.

  5. Choice of payment method and acceptance of the terms and conditions.

  6. Payment confirmed.

Order confirmation is sent to the customer by email. This email confirms that the order has been received. Pilates Temple reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute regarding payment for a previous order.

ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods are:

  • Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bancontact)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Transactions are secured by SSL protocol through our payment provider (Shopify Payments / Stripe). Pilates Temple never has access to the customer's full bank details. In case of payment failure, the order will be automatically cancelled.

ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY

At Pilates Temple , we do everything we can to ensure your equipment arrives as quickly as possible.

5.1 Processing (Preparation) Times: Every order placed is processed and prepared with care within 24 business hours . You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

5.2 Delivery Zones and Times We deliver exclusively within the European Union. The indicative delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows:

  • Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg): 1 to 3 working days.

  • Rest of Europe: 1 to 5 working days (depending on the country of destination).

Note: These delays may be slightly longer during periods of high activity (Sales, Holidays).

5.3 Delivery charges Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your address.

  • Free Delivery: We offer standard delivery for any order over the amount shown on the website (see ad bar or shopping cart).

5.4 Order Tracking All our shipments include a tracking number. You will receive a link by email to track your package in real time.

5.5 Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Package It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address or if it was not collected from the collection point within the allotted time, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

5.6 Delivery problems If your package is marked "Delivered" but you have not received it, or in case of abnormal delay (+5 days), contact us quickly at info@pilatestemple.com so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.

ARTICLE 6: RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE - DAMAGE AND ANOMALIES

This is where the Client needs to be vigilant.

6.1 Inspection upon delivery Upon receipt, the Customer agrees to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the delivered products. If the package is visibly damaged (crushed, open, wet), the Customer is advised to:

  1. Refuse the package from the carrier, OR

  2. Make specific and dated written reservations on the carrier's delivery note ("Crushed package", "Open box", etc.).

6.2 Notification of damages In the event of a product arriving broken, defective or non-compliant, the Customer must contact customer service (info@pilatestemple.com) within 48 hours of receipt.

6.3 Mandatory Evidence To validate any refund or exchange request related to transport damage, the Customer must provide :

  1. A clear photo of the damaged product .

  2. A photo of the outer packaging (the shipping carton) showing the condition in which it was received.

  3. A legible photo of the shipping label affixed to the package.

Without these elements, Pilates Temple reserves the right to refuse the transport-related claim , as this evidence is necessary to make an insurance claim with the carrier.

ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

In accordance with European law, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to change their mind.

7.1 Conditions The Customer must notify their decision by email. The product must be returned new, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging . Soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted.

7.2 Costs Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer .

7.3 Refund The refund (excluding return costs) is made within 14 days after receipt and verification of the return by our services.

In case of a defect, the Customer must contact customer service (info@pilatestemple.com) with supporting photos. If the defect is confirmed, Pilates Temple will offer repair, replacement, or a refund for the product.

ARTICLE 8: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the site www.pilatestemple.com are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Pilates Temple. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the site.

ARTICLE 9: PERSONAL DATA

Pilates Temple is committed to protecting the confidentiality of information provided by the Client. The processing of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy , available on the website.

ARTICLE 10: DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law . In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. The Customer can contact customer service at info@pilatestemple.com. The Customer also has the option of using the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ In the absence of an amicable agreement, the courts of the judicial district where Pilates Temple's head office is located shall have sole jurisdiction.
